Fallen stock service / Horse disposal

The Hunt kennels are fully equipped to provide an humane disposal service for horses, ponies and farm stock.
The service is registered with the DEFRA Fallen Stock scheme for which farmers can register.

Owners of horses or ponies that have reached the end of their lives can call the kennels with confidence that their animal will be humanely put down and collected. Normally the fees for disposal can be recovered from equine insurance schemes.
